Foie Gras

During Chinese New Year, my parents brought us and my cousins to this fancy restaurant in Ipoh - Indulgence (my fav restaurant!)

We usually have our usuals like pasta, and poultry, or pizza. But on that day, there was Foie Gras on the menu, so we decided to try it out..

Foie Gras in apple caramel and some cranberries sauce i think..

Dont be deceived.. the size of that thing is quite small.. and we shared among us.. haha..
Personally, i do not like it one bit.. haha.. i dont know why it is expensive.. maybe its the way they prepared it.. but its something i have wanted to try for a long time :P

Of the things we had that day.. i love this the most! This chocolate cake is so moist, it melts in your mouth.. awesome!!

Next time you are in Ipoh, give this place a try.. the ambience is really cozy and romantic :) and the food is superb!! i love it there~!

I havent been updating for a long long time, im not sure whether i was too busy or too lazy.. haha.. but here's a summary of what happened in Febuary 2007

1st, Congratulations to my cousin who is happily married..

My family at the wedding, in case u dont know the one at the back is my godsis..

Then came Valentine's day, we had dinner with a whole bunch of people, and Chialing Jolyn SiewLi, Aylwin, Chinkuang, Lenard and Lidfong went to Mojo and Mezquite 52 after that.. Mezquite had some renovation done, and its very different from the one we used to love :( but we had fun nonetheless.. too bad i dont have pictures to prove :)

Then it was Chinese New Year.. hehe.. is it me? or is the ang pows fatter this year?? :P
